Drive Wellness Center was built on a simple but often overlooked truth that most people never receive a clear explanation of what’s actually driving their pain. They get temporary relief, but not answers. They’re treated for what hurts, not for what’s causing the imbalance in the first place.
We wanted to change that.
From day one, our goal has been to create a place where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. A place where assessment matters, movement matters, education matters, and people can finally make sense of their bodies.
Today, our clinic proudly serves the Winnipeg community, helping active individuals, athletes, and everyday movers recover, perform, and live better!
Our Team
We are people who genuinely care about helping you move, feel, and live better. We don’t rush sessions or offer one-size-fits-all treatments. Instead, we take the time to listen, assess, and uncover the
root cause of what’s holding you back.
Whether you’re an athlete, active professional ,or just anyone wanting to feel good again, our team is here to guide you with knowledge, empathy, and real human connection. We’re proud to serve the Winnipeg community and help you
get back to doing what you love.

MIRA
Athletic Therapist and Personal Trainer
Established in 2024, Manuel (Manny) Candaele leads Drive Wellness Center as owner and head therapist. With a team of four dedicated Athletic Therapists, the center offers a fresh, inclusive approach—welcoming all genders, ethnicities, ages, and body types, and providing a supportive space for injury recovery, performance improvement, or pursuing a healthier lifestyle.
Manuel’s journey into athletic therapy is a testament to his relentless work ethic and passion for helping others achieve their best. His story began at the age of 14, when he discovered martial arts, igniting a lifelong dedication to fitness and discipline. By 16, Manny was navigating high school, training, and a part-time job.
At 18, his drive reached another level as he juggled three jobs while continuing his education and training actively as a amateur Muay Thai competitor. This perseverance, forged through years of hard work and discipline, shaped the foundation of his approach to athletic therapy. Manuel knows firsthand the power of resilience, dedication, and the value of pushing limits to overcome challenges.
In 2017, while still working multiple jobs and enrolling into University, Manny began teaching martial arts. This became a pivotal moment in his life, as he discovered a true passion for helping others through teaching.
Today, Manuel continues to journey for helping others at Drive Wellness, where his mission is to empower clients to overcome challenges, reach their goals, and unlock their full potential. His dedication to creating a welcoming, supportive environment is what sets Drive Wellness apart, ensuring that every individual leaves stronger, healthier, and more confident in their journey toward wellness.
