Your Athletic Therapist will begin by taking the time to listen to you and put together your medical and injury history. They will then perform an orthopedic evaluation of the relevant structures including checking strength, range of motion and evaluating your movement. Your therapist will take the time to explain their findings until you have a good understanding, provide tools to get you started and collaborate on a personalized treatment plan so that you can take ownership of your movement!

Your Athletic Therapist will help you to implement the plan you collaborated on. You can expect a potential variety of treatment modalities including manual therapies such as massage and joint mobilisations; cupping; instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation; Low Level Light Therapy and others. This will also include your rehabilitative exercise plan as well as progressions to your plan!.

Your Personal Trainer will provide you with a plan tailored to you and your goals to attain your personal fitness goals.
